The Federal Antimonopoly Service has allowed Logistics and Tochka to acquire the assets of the former logistics partner of McDonald’s in Russia — the Havi group, the press service of the department reported.

“As a result of the transaction, Logistics and Point will receive ownership of the assets of a former McDonald’s partner in the segment of logistics, packaging, waste processing, planning and supply management,” the FAS noted.

The perimeter of the transaction included Rulog LLC (founded in Russia by international Havi Logistics — operates in 45 countries, except McDonald’s, provided services to IKEA, British Petroleum (BP), Equinor) and other companies.

In May, 2.5 months after the start of the Russian special operation in Ukraine, McDonald’s announced the withdrawal and sale of the business in Russia. Alexander Govor, who previously operated 25 McDonald’s restaurants under a franchise, became the owner of the assets of the American chain. As a result, the network opened under the name “Delicious — period”.

The fact that Havi Logistics is looking for someone to transfer its assets to, RBC wrote in November. At the same time, Yummy and Dot announced that Govor would buy the Russian Havi business, which, after completing all legal formalities, would belong to Logistics and Dot. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
